Pre-Installation
CDS offers pre-installation support, which includes import of your existing data from certain commercial databases or pre-configuration of your database if you are coming from spreadsheets.

Installation
CDS offers  installation assistance remotely over the Web. We can work with your IT staff or assist you if your facility does not have dedicated IT resources.

Training
We offer training remotely over  the Web. We tailor the training to your needs and situation.

Consulting
Customers often ask our assistance in modeling their data to maximize their benefits from the various analytical tools in AutoDCP. We provide this service during implementation and as needed over time.

Technical Support
CDS support is second to none. Our customers are greeted with a live human voice during standard business hours (9AM to 5PM EST).
